Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.


Shipping Destinations

ESSENSI currently ships to customers within the United States.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, ESSENSI may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

ESSENSI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been shipped, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or address corrections.

ESSENSI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

While we will do our best to help investigate shipping issues, ESSENSI cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
